Delivery times

The processing time is usually 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri). The subsequent delivery time from DHL is 1-5 working days (Mon-Fri). As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

When shipping, there may be delays in delivery times or even loss of the package. Have you lost your order after this time? Then get in touch.

Delivery costs

Delivery within Germany is via DHL without tracking. We try to ship as cheaply as possible so that no extra costs are incurred. If you would like shipping with tracking, this can be selected separately in the shopping cart.

Delivery countries

We currently only deliver within Germany. We are in the process of optimizing shipping and will also deliver to the following countries in the future: Austria, Switzerland. There is separate information about this.

If the goods are damaged during shipping, clear pictures of the package and the goods must be taken in order to be able to make a proper complaint.
